In January 2018 the innovative team at Capozzi Building came to us with a massive undertaking.  They had purchased what can only be described as "the side of a cliff" overlooking the majestic waters of the Swan River.  Their intension was to build a luxury home for some incredibly lucky buyer, but there was a problem (as if there weren't enough).  A multi-million dollar residence, on this spectacular site has barely parking for one vehicle.

 

After many meetings with their architect (John LeClare Josephs from Superseed Architecture) and the Capozzi team, we were able to find a solution that provided them with four parking spaces that did not encroach on the views currently enjoyed by the neighbors.  A difficult exercise but one we were please to be able to offer.

This we did by designing two double space scissor lift systems (S-VRC 3.0) that work independently of each other, that also form the entire double garage floor.  Impressive, to say the least, but this build demanded as such.  The units have been specially produced in an all white colour and by way of a feature wall of glass are viewed from the living area of the residence, located at the second level of four levels of building.

August 2020 Update
